An engineer by education and trade, Georges tries to merge the rational, problem-solving skills of engineering with a passionate dedication for humanities.

It is with this combined ability that Georges attempts to tackle an issue (one of many...) he holds at heart, that of the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Unable (obviously) to solve that problem, he tries to do his part in deconstructing its founding layer: wanton hatred and rejection of the other. Georges is a Lebanese citizen and as a father of two who lived through the horror of civil war and enemy occupations, he certainly looks forward to doing his part in preventing repeats and improving humankind the best he can, at least within his own personal capacities. An avid sports and outdoors man, he relishes in writing and reading, travel and photography, movie watching and hopefully soon, movie making, starting with Brotherland. Georges is currently petting another project of his: a smartphone app which promises to be a disruption of sort. But that’s another story.
